Master Liang's Long Form

Nigel for the first time in the UK will be teaching Master Liang's long form to "inside" students. This form is based upon the Yang long form, however, there are elements of the Kwai Taiji (fast form) also taught by Master Liang and several other major variations which assist in developing internal strength and power. Nigel considers this form a vital tool in our Taiji progress.

Taiji form and pushing hands

This course is designed for those relatively new to the art and also those who wish to deepen their understanding of form and pushing hands. Nigel will concentrate on the importance of the basic principles of Taiji and explore them in these two major components of our training.
