The annual Christmas Tai Chi night took place last week at Fitness First in Mansfield.

The class is run by Don Harradine and took on a festive feel with Don and some of the students wearing Christmas themed clothing.

Christmas music was played throughout the session.

Students were able to choose their favourite standing post and Qigong to complete during the class.

The class broke into teams to test their Tai Chi knowledge with Don as the quiz master.

The quiz covered a range of topics testing knowledge of Tai Chi history, terminology and principles.

All teams faired well with the winning team pictured right.

The session ended with meditation.
