Master Nigel Sutton and other Senior
Instructors deliver Seminars in Nottingham
Nigel Sutton returned to the UK this month to continue his
teaching of Master Liang He Qings Long form. The seminar
took place at Nottingham Trent University in the East Midlands
and was the prelude to a day of seminars delivered by Zhong Ding
Senior Instructors.
Seminars included:
Master Instructors John Fowler and Pete Lane Master Liang
He Qings Caoyang Dao (Broadsword) which is a Northern form, as
taught to John by Master Liang.
Master Instructor Miles Craig Two hour practical introduction to (some
of) the syllabus that the Qigong committee have developed,
drawing from the wealth of Qigong systems practised within Zhong
Ding.

Roberts "Expansion in movement in pushing hands".
Master Instructor Dave Spencer Balance in stillness, movement and the
mind. Connections between structure, root and being comfortable
with a moving root.

Harradine "The Importance of Phrases".
