Come and join your fellow Zhong Ding Members for a weekend of training with Senior Zhong Ding instructors in the East Midlands.

The camp will combine training for those who study Tai Chi and those who study Silat, so there will be two streams of seminar running throughout the weekend.

The camp will be open to Zhong Ding Bai Shi Students, Zhong Ding Silat Students and Zhong Ding Squad members only.  The price for the whole weekend is only £50 and includes dormitory accommodation as well as simple home cooked meals (full board).

You will be able to start the day with some early morning qigong and form practice before breakfast and then attend a range of seminars throughout the day delivered by a range of  senior instructors.

The weekend will begin on the Friday evening and continue through to lunchtime on the Sunday.  If you are unable to attend the whole weekend, it is possible to book for parts of the weekend.
